Please do not take away my ability to purchase 2x and 3x Proshare funds. I use them to increase my risk, but at the same time doing it across a broad range of securities (e.g. Russell 2000).

Part of a FREE market is that everyone can invest in what they choose to at their own risk. Taking that away from average people means funneling more money to the top 1%. It is a disgusting elitist policy that is corrupt to its core.
I've used leveraged funds for a number of years and am aware of the risk involved. I'd prefer you not add any measures to impede my ability to access these types of investments. I am comfortable with the status quo.
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged and invest funds as I am well aware of the risks involved in investing in these funds and capable of managing such type of funds. By restricting to invest, it questions my rights to access the markets.
My investments are my own choice. I interact with these investment options with a full knowledge of their potential risks. There is more than sufficient information available to the average investor to ensure full comprehension of these vehicles. Do not restrict this accessibility.
I understand leverage and inverse funds and risks associated with funds. I found that these funds are working well for hedging against my long term investments for me. So please allow individual investors to have that funds available.
I have used ProShares as a hedge against market declines many times. It actually lowers risk in my portfolio in that its an insurance against large market drops.
I totally oppose any restrictions on trading this product!
