Leveraged and inverse funds might be risky, but the investor is responsible for managing their risk. NOT THE GOVERNMENT!!!
This is my money and my risks. I'm not using someone else's money to invest.
It should be my right as an investor to purchase leveraged funds-ETFs as long as the risks are disclosed.
Let people make their own risks and stop making regulations to limit us.
I believe I have the right to assess the risks and trade the triple leveraged ETFs I choose.
I oppose any limits to my ability to hedge risk by investing in leverage ETFs.
A lot of these instruments are great avenues for common investors like me to hedge the risk.
Really? Tax the poor with lotteries, but not allow investors to use risk to hedge positions?
I understand the risk, but still wish to be able to invest in my BITO crypto fund.
Summary
