Freedom to trade is a huge violation of personal choice. There is risk in the market and that should be the point to drive home.
There should be freedom in investments. Everyone should read the prospectus and understand the risks. But, dont legislate investments.
As an investor, we have right to choose any public issued investments by assessing the risks ourselves.
