I think I can choose the public investments, that are right for me and my family.
I can understand leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. they help my protect (hedge) my investments or seek enhanced returns.I use them as a limited part of my overall portfolio.
I have many years of experience in investing in stocks,
I strongly oppose restrictions to my right to invest in Leverage and Inverse funds. People, not regulators, should have the choice of what investments are right for them. These type if funds are important for my investment strategy and it would create problems for me if I cannot continue to use them. I should not have to take a test to use them. I have been successfully been using them since 2009

It's all right our freedom freedom of speech we should be allowed to say what we want rather if you like it or not it's all right if you don't like what we say walk away that simple can't wait for Trump to get back in the office they're destroying America needs to stop
I have every right to make my own financial decisions. Its on me to do my due diligence when selecting investments, not FINRA. FINRA has no right to deprive me of investment vehicles of my choosing for any reason.
I believe this is a spineless way to get back at the people from Reddit that cost you all millions.
For self-directed investors, let us take on the responsibility for trading in so-called "complex" products. There's no need for your protection unless we ask for it.
