To whom it may concern. My broker already issues a warning on leveraged trades. Most people realize what they are putting their investment into. Restricting trades hurts the average investor. This in my opinion is an overreach and not needed.

This regulation if enacted would unfairly disadvantage the average investor. Do not impose burdensome regulations at the expense of the average person.
America is a free country. FINRA has no right to protect competent adults from the consequences of their own choices. There should be no special test for investors, and the general test should be nothing but "caveat emptor."
