As an investor, it should be my prerogative to choose whatever investments without interference regardless of the consequences. I understand there are risks associated with any type of investment but to burden us with the five proposed requirements for "complex investments" is an overreach. Caveat emptor
Investor's should be free to do there own research and investing in the funds of their choice. Investor's take their own risks for both losses and gains and should be free to continue to do so in all of the current funds, etf's and inverse funds.
The prospectus for these is an adequate risk advisement and discloser for leveraged and inverse ETF's. They are a meaningful part of mine and many others investment strategy and I very much oppose restricting their availability. Please do not impose regulation that impedes our access.
I oppose the change to retail investors having access to leveraged ETFs. FINRA should have no say in deciding if I use these instruments when they are available to the broader market and institutions. It is my responsibility understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.
I do not agree with limiting these leveraged investments the prospectuses information fully appraise the risk I have owned them for 10 years and they are the most profitable investments I have had by far so I do not believe that regulating them is necessary
I am opposed to legislation that would restrict my ability to invest in those ETFs and funds which I want. People should be made aware of the risks, but then allowed to invest in whatever they want. These restrictions are unfair to average middle-class investors.
I believe that I as am investor shouldnt be stop me from investing in leveraged ETFs. In regard to risk these ETFs are not any different than some risky stocks that are presently traded. Leave me my liberty to invest freely.
Leveraged ETF products are well diversified instruments that offer access to leverage at a low cost with no margin account (hence no risk of liquidation) to retail investor.
These products must remain legal.

I am fully aware of how these funds operate and the risk involved. It is MY RIGHT to invest as I see fit. I do not need the government to tell me what I can and cannot do. Thank you. Dr Jonathan Golab
Please continue to allow individual investors to make their own investment choices, such as investing in inverse and/or leveraged investments.
These types of investments allow us individual investors properly manage risk and handle our market outlook.
