I have been active investor for over 20 years and have successfully managed my SEP IRA and investment accounts during that time. I should not be required to take any tests to invest in any stocks including leveraged and inverse funds. In particular, leveraged and inverse funds allow me to take advantage opportunities using less capital as well as hedge risk. Please do not restrict and/or make it
Regulations that prevent the freedoms of individual's investment of THEIR capital into legal markets not only perpetuates the growing wealth gap through asymmetric opportunity but also encourages the few authorized to use their HUMAN RIGHTS to abuse their positions to grow their wealth through collusion of the few (accredited investing barriers to entry serve as pillars to capitalistic
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, in the spirit of free-market capitalism. No one should have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds
Leveraged ETF's provide a vehicle to trade momentum and volatility. Retail investors who don't have massive amounts of money like a hedge fund or other institutions would be at a disadvantage if required to pass a test or go through cooling off periods.
Placing restrictions would go against the very principle of capitalism that everybody should have access to the same

I cannot possibly fathom why you would want to make my job so much easier- you understand that by depriving average citizens of the right to invest, you are pushing them directly into my waiting arms? I know I shouldnt interrupt my enemy while he is making a mistake, but this? I almost pity the short
WoW! Last I understood, capitalism and the right to individually flourish in the U.S.A. was available to everyone. My mother came here legally for this reason, and so I can benefit from my own efforts here as well. If my funds disappear due to my lack understanding or misjudgment, THAT is my decision to make and no one else's. This proposed rule is highly elitist. Public trading should be
Leveraged funds are excellent vehicles to maximize returns on invested capital, it is my money.FINRA should focus on selling orders of brokers customers to the frontrunners , market makers , scalpers & fast traders firms. I do not feel I need any special process of passing a qualifying test to be able to invest in these instruments, some Option strategies are even a lot riskier than these
I find it repugnant that unelected officials like yourselves have the audacity to tell me how I can invest my hard earned capital while members of Congress feel that they are entitled to trade on inside information (which is illegal for us "unwashed" ) and allow large funds naked short securities (which is also illegal for us "unwashed" ) and not blink an eye but seem to get
