Please don't restrict my ability to trade "complex productswhich could include the leveraged and inverse funds. My net worth is relatively low, but I am perfectly capable of reading pertinent documents and I fully understand what my risk are when trading. I have been trading leveraged and inverse funds for years and want to continue doing so.
We DO NOT need more government intervention or regulation of my /our money!!
Its bad enough Wall Street is manipulated by the few and effects the many. ENOUGH!

We, not regulators should be able to choose what we invest in. No special process such as an exam should be required. We understand and trade at our own risk. No test can change that. Leveraged & inverse funds are needed in my portfolio. They require less cash and are not subject to earnings volatility or principle changes.
Regarding my right to invest in leveraged and inverse funds.........................I oppose any further restrictions and / or requirements regarding my right to invest in any products in which I choose to invest. These products need to stay available for an overall portfolio and everyone should have access to these funds. They already disclose enough information for an investor to make a sound decision on the product and be aware of all the good and bad that comes with that product. There is no need to add additional regulations to these products especially requiring the investor to take a test. There are

Finra, don't limit leveraged ETF's. It's our money and these leveraged etf are great tools for market.
