Please drop your consideration for imposing restrictive and difficult requirements for investing in higher risk investment. We have enough now.
I understand the risk of all kinds of investments and will be fully responsible for the action of our investment. I object to any restriction on trading of leveraged funds.
Your regulations are very intrusive this is still a free country. If I do desire to take such a risk, its my decision. Stay away.
Please concentrate on eliminating digital currency. Not only is that a con, it is also environmentally ruinous.

I use leveraged and inverse ETFs to manage my risk exposure without huge capital requirments or having to pay option premiums.

Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and thier risks.
