When companies are fined millions for breaking rules that netted them billions, there is no reason to not break those rules. Naked Shorting is predatory upon companies and investors alike. Make the penalty greater than the theft. Along with potential criminal referrals. This is only way to clean up the marketplace. It's gone on far too long. While 70 million to average people sounds extreme
Get rid of all the T-delay non-sense. We are in a digital era, any delays are beneficial to only the larger institutions. They have to file to make it known when they take a bullish position. Why not when they take a short one? Our system is corrupt, please do what you can to fix this clear advantage for them. I should know where institutions stand for or against any stock I own in real time.
Please stop this illegal naked shorting, darkpool illegal manipulation, FTD , in AMC GME etc, it's pure corruption. NYSE looks like a fraudulent mess looking in from around the world. Sec are useless , CITADEL SECURITIES are so corrupt and it's obvious not a little bit it's huge on another level and it's disgusting. Ken Griffin needs jail . If u don't sort it I know alot
Investors make decisions based on rules and laws provided. All participants in the stock market should be held accountable for the same rules and laws. As of right now there are millions and millions of retail investors who are expecting rules to be followed by short positions, and regulating agencies, and are suffering consequences because they are so clearly and blatantly cheating the rules. No transparency is desperately needed in order for retail investors to stand q chance. Please look into trading trends on AMC and GME. We cannot see data of what is happening when being naked shorted, or what is occurring on the ATF or dark pool markets. Comments: I am so angry that I am beside myself! So let me get this straight. My Federal Government over stimulated the US Economy to buy votes with poor folks and is determined to double down with "Build Back Better" but they do not want me to say NO! or sell SHORT! In that they are wrong, and I could make a lot of money on their stupidity. Credentials: 1. Florida State University

I have found them very useful and profitable to use and understand the complications and dangers well I think. They are not that complicated to understand.
Possibly for unusual things
Comments: My broker already gives proper warning and reviews request to access these types of trades. Retail, new, and small investors are already at a disadvantage in todays market that allows high net worth entities access to trading outside regular market hours and through AI driven trades that give them a leg up when new information is presented to the public. Adding more restrictions or
Comments: inverse ETFs: investors with small accounts and limited knowledge or no access to options have no way to hedge their position without inverse ETFs. Putting small retail at that kind of disadvantage exposes them to more risk and potential losses. It forces them into trying to time getting out of the market, and/or taking gains in the short term bracket instead of holding and hedging and
Banning retail investors from trading certain instruments is like like throwing an abuse victim in jail to protect them from their abuser. The only reason that this instrument performed so poorly over the last 2 years was the excess liquidity in the markets, and the pump and dump scams often indoctrinated into CNBC viewers. Over the year or so, we’ve witnessed the collapse of Melvin Capital,
