Dear FINRA Regulators:
Stop limiting and restricting the choices of investments including the leveraged and inverse funds made available to us from managing our investment portfolios effectively.
Thank you.
I have been investing for 30+ years and I use both leveraged and inverse products in my investment processes. These products allow me to make an investment decision with a minimal amount of required capital. I can express an investment viewpoint with a third of my cash in the case of a levered ETF while keeping two-thirds of my cash in hand. Not sure why regulators would want to hurt the &
This proposed regulation is nothing more than a violation of the right of the people to engage in lawful commerce. A free market economy needs to be a free market for all and not only the social or political elite. I should be able to decide when, where, and how I will manage my money and my investments.
The most disturbing thing about this proposed rule is the "cooling off"
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment portfolio and they can help me protect my investments properly. Also public investments should be available to everyone.
Thank you for your consideration.
Why can't working people think for themselves without clueless politicians trying to stick their fingers in our pockets the politicians especially the establishment who are in their 70s+ do not even know how today's world works its time to retire leave our investments alone it's sad enough you want us to put it in a retirement account that we can't touch until
I have been trading for about 58 years and have traded these ETFs for the past 12. This account is used as a hedge against a market drop and I would not be pleased if any restrictions were placed on my ability to secure them.
We need the freedom to invest for our retirement years. Do not limit us please.
Leveraged and inversed funds are a tremendously helpful tool for building wealth in different market conditions. I strongly oppose efforts to limit the availability of these asset types in my investment accounts.
I don't think government has any place in our investments or how we spend our money.
I find the government spends our money in the most WASTEFUL WAYS.
THE WASTE MONEY AS IF IT GROWS ON TREES.
I think we should have some say in how they spend our money because it's obvious the don't know how to handle money.
