Investors should be able to utilize leveraged and inverse ETFs as they see fit. It should not fall on regulators to limit what I can invest in as long as the risks/merits of the investments are easily visible which they are on the Prospectus.
I strongly believe that I, and not any regulator, have the right to choose what investments are suitable for me and my family. Publicly available investments need to be accesible to all and not to only a few.
I do not believe that special vetting or testing is in order. Leveraged funds and their risks are clearly explained in all materials.

I do not need you to protect me from myself. Leave leveraged investments available to everyone. Its not up to you to decide how much risk I can take.
These restrictions on my right to invest should not be put in place
Investing in Leveraged funds boosted the returns and at the same time helped me invest only portion of the Retirement corpus (thus limiting my risk) and still was able to beat S&P500 and Nasdaq returns.

I(Brian Francis) not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
Hello,
Please do not take away my ability to continue holding TQQQ as an investment. I have allocated a portion of my portfolio to holding TQQQ long-term. I am OK with a short test requirement to make sure people know what they're doing with leveraged ETFs like TQQQ. People shouldn't take on risks they don't understand. But please do not take away my ability to
I oppose limits and restrictions in my trading of leveraged and inverse securities. I am well aware of the risks associated with such products. Although they make up a small portion of my overall portfolio, I appreciate the diversity of products offered and the ability to hedge securities. I strongly oppose any further restrictions which may included testing, income or net worth limits, so called
Leave it as is...maybe limit frequency or quantity...but don't eliminate!
