I am fully aware of the behavior of leveraged funds and use them according to my own risks and not of the opinion from FINRA.
This is a joke. These assets help reduce my risk significantly instead of using margin. It will be a joke if you try to disband them.
Comments: Access to leveraged and inverse ETFs should not be limited. People investing in those ETFs are aware of the risk prior to investing.
I should have the freedom to invest in what ever I want with my money. I use crypto as a small portion of risk that I take.
Investors should have the ability to choose what investments to purchase based on their risk tolerance. Im not in favor of the proposed regulations.
I frequently use leveraged ETPs to hedge conservative positions. My risks would increase if I didn't have the use of these instruments.
Leveraged ETFs can be a wonderful tool for building wealth if they are used well. Let the people make the decisions, there is no reward without risk.
I believe that the FINRA is overstepping it's authority with these proposed regulations. People who invest know the risks and do not need these unnecessary obligations.
I don't oppose some regs on crypto, but not so harsh as to make it difficult to invest after proper disclosure about risks involved.
Restrictions on my right to invest should not be encumbered especially if I am capable of understanding their risks from my IA. Thank you.
