There should not be any additional onerous requirements for investing in leveraged and inverse funds, as each investor is capable of understanding how to invest with ETF funds.
Leverage and inverse funds help protect and enhance investing, consequently additional restrictions should not be placed on them.

I am able to read prospectuses and make my own decision on investing. I have been investing and understand the risks in it. I should not be limited in what I can invest in. I should not have to take a test or a course to determine if I should or should not invest in an investment. Thank you.
True freedom means having control over our own currency and retirement. Having this controlled by centralized banking would be a detriment to the growing international currency market.
I have been using leveraged funds in my investment since 2009 and they are important to my investment strategies and have helped me hedge my investment and enhance my return. I have used it only as a limited part of overall portfolio. So I feel that I should be able to continue to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.
