Do not restrict my ability to short markets. It comes with the same risk as regular investing, and I should have both options available to me...
I am a grown up. It is MY responsibility to realize the risks in my investments. Let ME be responsible for MY investments without regulatory hurdles.....
Investment risk is the responsibility of the investor and not the responsibility of FINRA. Regulation of inappropriate business practices is needed rather than mandates against individual investors.
I am limited enough by regulations with purchases. I understand the risk implications of such an investment but I believe it is my choice. I don't think there is anything more to say.
To all regulators.
I oppose restrictions
on my right to invest in public investments.
I'm aware of the risk and I fully take responsibility for my investments.
I oppose any restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged funds and would like to keep on investing in the leveraged funds and I understand the risks associated with it.
I strongly olppose restrictions to my RIGHT to invest. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my family to reduce risk. And they help stabilize markets.
I and only I choose which public investments are right for me.
I know the risks of these types of funds and use these only as part of my overall portfolio.
I'm fully aware of the risks involved in trading inverse and leveraged products. I do not want any restrictions on my ability to trade in these products.
Equal access to the market should be given to individual investors and institutions. I know my risk, and if I lose I won't get a bailout like them.
