Im aware of the risks associated with investing in these kind of funds. No need to big brother me. Find something else to do.
No government should regulate how investors allocate their funds among various financial instruments. It is our risk to bear and nobody elses.
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest. As long as the fund clearly inform the investors how it works, the risk is up to the investors, not to the regulators.
I should be able make investments of my choosing and accept the risk and the rewards. I know this is used to get the small investor out of the way!
This is a risk I take every day knowing what I am doing. Please don't make me go through more obstacles.

I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on you. Excessive regulations favor the rich.
Comments: I feel that the majority of investors that have made inquiries to me about these leveraged and inverse funds do not understand the risk involved.
