It is the investors right to choose how they invest their money. There shouldnt be anything more than an acknowledgement of the risks associated with trading leveraged and inverse ETFs.
Risks we take are our decision. Do not take away the ability of informed but non accredited investors to utilize the same tools as the wealthy.

Do not restrict access to leverage or inverse funds. Investors do need these options. It is their responsibilities to assess the risks and decide either to invest or not.
These products are very valuable to my personal investing and hedging. I know the risks very well as a former RIA. Please leave these products.
This is an example of government overreach. As long as the products themselves are following banking requirements, investors should be allowed to assess their own level of risk.
