Investment vehicles should not be limited to the wealthy or accredited. Access should be available to everyone. I do not support the proposed restrictions on access to leveraged and inverse funds. Please keep the markets open to all.
Please allow us to invest freely with our choices.
I am an individual investor and use leveraged investments as part of my investment strategy. I have not found them to present risks that jeopardize my investments when managed properly in proportion and with balance to my other investments. They play an important part in my overall portfolio strategy balancing risk and reward. I fully understand and manage the risks they present as well as any
It is my choice to invest my money. If Congress and the Senate eliminate their ability to trade stocks, options and any other financial instruments. I will gladly give up my right to trade inverse funds.
So lets start there. Let me know when that bill has been passed

I not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for us and our family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
I use leveraged and inverse ETFs
Successfully all the time and would be negatively impacted if such a proposal is enacted.
Do not take away my rights to invest as I wish.
Thank you.
I am very concerned about recent intentions to limit the publics ability to invest in leveraged and/or inverse funds. No one knows better what investments are right for me than me. I should not be required to prove myself to anyone before being allowed to invest my hard earned money where I see fit. The whole idea of the nanny state where the government needs to take care of me is extremely
Dear staff, I oppose restrictions to my right to invest. I should have the right to choose any public investments that are right for me and my family. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. They help enhanced returns.
I am competent to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. I should not have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding these funds and their risks and I do not need regulators to impose restrictions on me.
All investments carry risk. This is no different. Accordingly, investors should not be treated differently.
Prohibiting a person the freedom to make their own investment choices based on their "Demonstrated Net Worth" seems like a horrible idea.
