Dear Sir or Madam: I am an adult. I understand the risks. I want to invest my Money as I see fit. Leave the laws alone.
As a grown-up responsible adult I should have the right to choose whatever Investments I desire and willing to take a risk on. This is the United States of America.
I want my rights to buy public investments! Sell and buy is risky! We take risks since we came to this world!
As a relatively sophisticated inventor, well versed on the risks of investments, I see this rule does not benefit me - but restricts the way I can invest
Proshares have been a valuable tool for managing risk for my portfolio. Being a small investor I don't want to loose that security.
To all regulators.
I oppose restrictions
on my right to invest in public investments.
I'm aware of the risk and I fully take responsibility for my investments.
I oppose any restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged funds and would like to keep on investing in the leveraged funds and I understand the risks associated with it.
Do not restrict my ability to short markets. It comes with the same risk as regular investing, and I should have both options available to me...
Investment risk is the responsibility of the investor and not the responsibility of FINRA. Regulation of inappropriate business practices is needed rather than mandates against individual investors.
I am limited enough by regulations with purchases. I understand the risk implications of such an investment but I believe it is my choice. I don't think there is anything more to say.
