Comments: Hi, leveraged instruments have done well for me and I'm fully aware of the risks. They're mine to take. By removing access to the average customer, you're hurting them and being excessive in regulation.
I support reasonable checks like with options trading but not to discourage investors excessively.
I used to trade futures a few years back, I stopped because much of the movement went to overnight sessions. The leveraged and inverse funds put the regular traders on better footing to deal with the High Frequency traders. If you would like to regulate someone, I would suggest the hedge funds.
The over taxing Government and the Wealthy greed of the rich are driving savers and retired people to the brink of non dependency. Political insider trade exists and makes it more difficult for honest people to invest. This is supposed to be a free market and Nation. Keeping the market open to anyone is inherent for our Nation.

I utilize the type of investments I utilize. I am cognizant of risks that are inherent in trading leveraged and inverse funds. They are tools that I use when I choose. At times I use to hedge, and other times to incandescent my portfolio. I oppose any restrictions in my investment portfolio. I do not wish to lose this ability
Please do not further limit small investors' ability to trade leveraged and inverse funds. Especially in the turbulent market of the last three years, these funds have provided my small but growing IRA with both stability and enhanced returns. As a small investor, there is no other way I could do this.
I strongly oppose any rules to limit the trading of leveraged instruments. I use leveraged instruments all the time and I trust that anyone who uses them exercises common sense just the same they would when buying other volatile stocks like Tesla, Bitcoin etc. etc.
