Please to not restrict the public's ability to invest in a broad array of securities. It is more important that information and risk be disclose than for an individual to be required to pass a "test" in order to invest.
It is not fair to restrict ordinary trader's rights to choose their investment vehicles. We are fully aware of the risks and awards. To many people, this is the only way they can make money.
I vehemently oppose ANY restrictions to my right to invest in anything I deem worth the risk. YOU have no right to telll me what I can and cannot invest in,
I retired as a CFP and have been investing my funds for over 50 yrs. I understand the risks involved and I would not be happy having my investment rights limited.
Leveraged fund are a key piece of my investment strategies. I am experienced enough to read and understand the risks and do not want any special measures imposed on me.
Government should stay out of such regulations on how investors can or cannot do. Let investors assess and take their own risk. Thank you! Robert Yuan
I know and accept the risks involved with leveraged funds. It should be my personal choice to invest in these funds. I fully oppose any more regulation on a free market system.
This is a horrible idea. I can choose my own investments. Let me decide my own risk for my own investments. This is severe overreach. Do not do it.
Please continue to allow people the freedom to use leveraged ETF's. I personally use them and know the risks.
I use them within my 401K plans only.
Comments: as a retail investor there are much fewer tools at my disposal when it comes to managing risk and constructing the right portfolio. Leveraged ETFs and ETPs are critical in that process.
