This it our RIGHT as a Tax Payer and a trader. Kill this BILL.
I feel that these regulations are discriminatory in nature and favor those who work within the financial industry
Isn't it about time that some who think they know what's best for me to back off and let me make my own intelligent decisions?
I think investors should have the right to invest in anything the want. Maybe the solution is to limit it to a 10% of the portfolio, anything over that would be subject to #S7-24-15
Everyone, and not just privileged individuals and financial institutions, should be able to access public investments. We understand the risks of investing and don't need additional barriers imposed on our ability to invest.
Leveraged and inverse funds are an important tool used for investment strategies, especially for hedging other investments. Taking away these options would be stealing from the little guy to give to the big guys. Absolutely ridiculous.
Imposing undue burdens on retail to access these funds limits our ability to hedge positions dynamically and responsibly. You're either creating additional barriers to entry or encouraging the assumption of more risk for self directed investors by making cumbersome access to these instruments.
I oppose any restrictions to my right to invest in public investments with my money.
