As a long time investor, I should be able to decide for myself how much risk I want to take in my investments. It is no benefit to make things more difficult for everyone.
Markets need to be allowed to function freely. There are few products that allow individual investors to hedge risk in the marketplce. Please do not meddle for "our protection". Thanks GCP
Each person should be able to choose the public investments and risks that are right for him and his family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

We lived in a free market society, if I or anyone else wants to risk our money on investments the government should not be able to decide who has the opportunity to do so.
I understand the risks and the benefits of leveraged ETF. I still can trade options. For years I prefer to trade these leverage ETF. I hope you dont change the rules.
