Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged. I do not need these measures imposed on me and I am fully capable of understanding the risks associated with my investments.
I should be able to invest leveraged or inverse funds freely without any restrictions. I am aware of these funds have high risk but I am responsible for what I chose to invest in.
I want a free and fair market in which I may choose my own risk and investment strategies. You should not be able to tell me what I can and can't invest in.
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged and inverse funds! I have been investing in these funds for years and I understand the risks of these funds just like any other investment.
I should be able to pick whatever investment I want because its my own money and my risk tolerance. FINRA should not decide or Put limitations on my options.
I have been investing in leveraged funds for many years. I am completely comfortable with the risks involved and enjoy having the choice to do so. Please reject the proposed regulations.
Horrible idea. Let investors take their own risks. Maintaining ability of regular investors to use these funds allow us to invest with lower costs due to reasonable volume.
I do not agree with this proposal. I understand the risks associated with the types of investments I make. This proposal goes against the very idea of a free market. This is a horrible idea and I hope it does not pass.
I am perfectly capable of deciding what level of risk is right for me, I neither need nor want any regulations that will restrict my investment choices.

These types of investments should be available to all investors. An acknowledgment of the risks associated should be required, but there should not be additional criteria that would limit choice for non-high net worth investors.
