I know and accept the risks involved with leveraged funds. It should be my personal choice to invest in these funds. I fully oppose any more regulation on a free market system.
I have been very careful in my investments and take no risk that I can't afford to lose. I don't need the government telling me what I can and cannot buy.
This is a horrible idea. I can choose my own investments. Let me decide my own risk for my own investments. This is severe overreach. Do not do it.
Investors should be allowed to invest as they see fit - it's on them to understand the risks and how these instruments work, and to never put all/most of their money into any one security.
I should be able to invest my money where I want. I understand the risk/reward ratio and play safe. I should not be penalized for others who cannot manage their risk and are vulnerable
Please continue to allow people the freedom to use leveraged ETF's. I personally use them and know the risks.
I use them within my 401K plans only.
It is "PUBLIC INVESTMENTS". We have the right to participate.
I understand they hold a higher risk and that is well explained before confirmation of the initial purchase, at least it is in my Fidelity account.
I strongly oppose any regulation of trading inverse and leveraged funds. Fair warnings of risk and complexity have and should be given, but legal restrictions are an unnecessary infringement on freedoms.
Comments I understand the risk of leveraged long and short funds I use them to offset market movements and trade them shot term and should not be limited to use them .
I've been trading for years and completely understand the risk in what I buy. You win some, you lose some that's the way life and trading goes.
