I understand the risks of leveraged and inverse funds.
It does not make sense to restrict these even more than options which have even greater leverage and higher chance of loss.
Really? We all wear big boy pants and know the risks of investing whether leveraged or not. DO NOT RESTRICT MY OPTION TO INVEST HOWEVER I WANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Individual investors are perfectly capable of understanding the risks associated with inverse and leveraged ETFs. I strongly believe there should be no further regulation of them that ultimately limits the choices of everyday investors.
I have been investing for many years. I wish to choose the investments of my preference without any special process. I understand the risks of investing and do not need regulators and restrictions.
You not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for you and your family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
It is very important that you express your views in your own
wordsyour comments are more likely to be taken seriously
by FINRA if they reflect your own experience and perspective.
Not only do
Leveraged ETF's are an excellent way to get 3x exposure without the risks of using traditional leverage! This would be a horrible, HORRIBLE event for many many people's retirement accounts!
We as individuals should have the right to pick and choose our investments as we see fit. These regulations would be an assault on my ability to manage risk in my portfolio.
This is good, regulation is required since option trading is being misused and retail investors are taking way more risk than they should, potentially adding to the stock market volatility
Please do not limit what people may do with their investments with broad sweeping legislation. It would be better served via waiver acknowleding the risks affiliated with "complex products."
This regulation makes little sense. It is a severe violation of investment freedom, which hampers people's abilities to leverage their investment options and medigate risks. I strong oppose such authoritative regulation!
