It is time to pass sensible regulations and you have my full support.
I have been enrolled in my own investments for quite some time and I don't want that to change.
I have immense issue with the proposed changes to certain investments moving forward. I strongly believe that I not any regulator should be able to make decisions on what investments I put my money into. These investments should be available for all people not just people who meet privileged requirements.
I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before investing in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their
Please do not regulate what I do to invest my own money. Leveraged and/or inverse funds can be used responsibly in investment strategies, including being useful hedges to protect against downside risk.
