This is one of the best ways to invest in a down market environment. I have invested in inverse funds for many years
now and know their risks and benefits.
I want to make my own investment decisions - I understand investing has risks and that is my decision to make. Please do not regulate my ability to invest in Leveraged and Inverse funds.
I do not want restrictions placed on securities like testing requirements. I use leveraged securities and understand and accept the risk. Please do not impose restrictions on my investments. Thank you.
The SEC has allowed for cryptocurrency futures like BITO to be created. I know the risks. Please let me trade as I see fit with my investment capital. Its a free market.
I should have the right to decide my own risk profile and invest how I see fit. By allowing some to invest in this and others not, you are failing a portion of the entire investor group.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged. If you want to issue a written warning or a statement of investing risk ok but no restrictions on what I can invest in. Thanks
Im financially savvy and am willing to risk my money. Having an income/net worth bar will greatly increase the wealth gap and further discriminate and disenfranchise folks like myself
Having funds like this is an important part of the free market. Investors are warned multiple times prior to purchasing leverages funds and are able to educate ourselves on the risks involved in making these investments.
Please do not add restrictions to my right to invest in securities that I feel fit my personal portfolio. I have traded securities for several years and know the risks involved with leverage.
I believe I have a right to choose the assets I invest in. I am capable of understanding the risks associated with leveraged funds. Leveraged funds are a limited part of my portfolio and enhance my returns.
