I don't believe that it should be necessary to have any sort of 'test' or other requirements to invest in leveraged funds. While there are risks, potentially substantial, the bulk of brokers require today that you sign a statement understanding the risks of leveraged investing.

Hello, I have been buying crypto currency and crypto funds since early 2021. I am unhappy that till date SEC has not made decision on what rules should apply to crypto. Since January 2022 the whole crypto group has been in decline. The decline is due to SEC inability to make decision within appropriate time. Please don't make new restrictions that I should pass a test in order to buy

People should not have to pass regulator-imposed tests or have high net worth in order to be allowed to make investments and balance their portfolios with the products that best represent their investment goals and risk appetite.

I oppose this regulation because it limits my public investment options that fit within my risk tolerance. I am capable of making my own strategic investment decisions without the government imposing limitations.
