I am totally against any proposals to further regulate these investments. All investors are already aware of the risks involved in these investments and do not need Big Brother interfering with our decisions.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged. If you want to issue a written warning or a statement of investing risk ok but no restrictions on what I can invest in. Thanks
The goverment dose not have to regulate everything in our lives.People should have the right to make their own decisions. They should do research before making any investmentand know the risk.
I am using leveraged ETFs to trade short term volatility and handle my risk profile. I am reading Barrons, FundStrat reports and WSJ Market news to trade productively.

I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in public securities including cryptocurrency funds. I am capable of understanding cryptocurrency funds such as BITO and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me.
Are they doing some radical stuff like bringing back regulations that were put up to prevent another Great Depression? is the problem that we don't understand our investments and their risks?
I should be able to choose what investments are right for me. I know the risk in leveraged funds, and know only to invest a small portion of my money in them, and to have a diversified portfolio.
I have a portion of my portfolio on leveraged ETF that are currently under the water, but that should eventually recover. This slings with my long-term investment strategy, my appetite and ability to take risk.
I value my right to make my own responsible investment decisions without unnecessary regulatory trading restrictions & regulation. Please leave my risk taking choices alone!
