I am totally opposed to this proposed rule. I use this products and very much educated about its risks. We as investors should have the right to choose which investments to trade on.

Inverse and leveraged fund is a great way of hedging my family's wealth against downside risk. I have been doing it for many years and I oppose to limit my investment option.
Why would it be necessary to restrict average investors or traders from buying these funds? We are the ones putting OUR money at risk. Don't try to save me from myself.
I oppose any restriction to trade in what is called complex products. I am experienced enough to know the risks of leveraged and inverse funds and do not need to have regulatory restrictions impose on me.
I am an active investor in standard and leveraged ETFs. I understand the risks and have benefitted from their availability to the general public. While I am not an accredited investor, I ask that these investment products continue to be available.
