I will take my own risk on my investment. I have freedom and right to select which kind of investment I make under my account, don't worry, thank you.
The market was always intended to be in even ground for everyone. Never special trading allowed for some and not others. In the land of liberty, I'm fully capable of deciding my own risks.

I only trade and invest in inverse limiting or not allowing would be horrible if you want to limit risk maybe tax it at a higher rate or have a higher fee when buying it
I want to be able to invest in Proshares Funds like SCO. I understand the risk and feel this is hurting the small investor which is Anti-American. Please do not overextend Government reach on this one.
I believe inverse and leveraged funds already carry appropriate warnings from both the market makers and brokers of these funds. The information is already out there with adequate risk analysis information.
Please do not adopt radical restrictions on these leverage funds. We should be able to trade these! People can study risks themselves, and we need the freedom to choose to trade.
