I Strongly you oppose restrictions for Leveraged funds, Investors who are putting money n these funds are educated enough to know their risk, already a disclaimer is provided, my opinion is No Need of additional restrictions.
I oppose restrictions on investing in leveraged and inverse funds. I am aware of the risks, which are freely sent to me, and do not wish the government to intervene to keep individuals from investing as they see fit.
These ETFs provides a comprehensible way for small accounts to invest or hedge certain sections effectively. The underlying risk needs to be made known rather than prohibited small accounts to use these ETFs.
I should be able to choose to invest in leveraged funds without regulations or restrictions. The risks are plainly stated and easy to understand - it does not require special education or training to be able to understand and use these funds.

I have been actively trading for for 40 years. I have experience in trading comodity futures as well as stock options. I am fully aware of and accept the risks involved in leveraged and inverse funds.
Dont control my right to invest in leveraged funds. My risk, my reward. I agree that financial protection is important but it should be done through education not regulations that limit my investing.
I do not want a regulator to mandate rules to prevent me from investing TQQQ, SQQQ or other leveraged funds. I am fully capable to decide how much I desire to put at risk.
