In my opinion, People should be allowed to choose how they can invest their money to achieve their goals. They are best suited to understand their risk appetite. Putting restrictions on where they can invest and where they can't makes two classes of people, Ones who have the privilege and others who don't. Adding special conditions/processes before they can invest will not
I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. It is not necessary to have measures imposed on me. I believe this is the same for other investors.

Just regulation should protect those who cannot protect themselves from bad economics actors. This regulation proposes to protect people from themselves, which does not sound like a free country to me. The risks and rewards of leveraged and inverse funds are clear and obvious with some simple math. One does not need to be sophisticated. Leave the people alone.
I want to make my choose of public investments and those investments should be available to all and not just the privileged. There shouldn't be any test before investing in public securities which include leveraged and inverse funds. I am full capable of understand all the risks when I invest in leverage and inverse funds and I do not need measure to be imposed on me.
