to FINRA regulators dear sir I am aware of the risks of leveraged and inverse ETFs I don't want to go through special passing tests to invest in these funds.they are important for my investment strategy sincerely
Leveraged investments should be available to all members of the public, not just the privileged. It is not the job of the government to determine what risk an investor can or cannot take. Keep big government out of my portfolio.
I oppose putting limitations on my abillity to buy from this public investment after having done my due diligence. I have educated myself and understand the risks with any investment. Let me choose.
Please do not impose Rule #22-08 on the investment community. As with any investment, users of leveraged ETFs should understand the risks associated with ownership. The committee could write a pamphlet that would accompany the prospectus.
Each investor should do the necessary research to better understand the risks involved.I strongly oppose any new regulations that would hinder my ability to invest in all leveraged and inverse funds.
Stop babysitting me. If you want to help your citizens teach them finance in school. Stop making this a nanny state. Furthermore no one learns to take risk properly until they do it.
Regulators should not be arbitrarily harming non wealthy investors in their investment decisions. All investors are capable to understand the risks of their investments and these new regulations harm investors, particularly those with smaller net worths.
Let decide what funds I should invest in. Instead of investing individuals investor why not crack down on the institutions offering risk investment options without providing advice or education in those products
Everyone should know what they are investing in and responsible for their own decisions and own the risk. Regulators should not choose the investment that's right for the individuals. Leveraged and inverse funds are very important in investment strategies.
Investors are capable of understanding the risks of inverse funds, and I do not believe that I should have to pass a test or that sales of inverse funds should be restricted. Otherwise only the rich will be able to take advantage of these things.
