Investors are capable of understanding the risks of inverse funds, and I do not believe that I should have to pass a test or that sales of inverse funds should be restricted. Otherwise only the rich will be able to take advantage of these things.
To whom it may concern, I oppose limitations on my ability to buy the Funds. Fidelity did give me warnings that some specific funds I was purchasing are of HIGH RISK, and I opted to proceed.

I oppose restrictions on my rights to invest in leveraged funds. Why are you proposing to limit my ability to assess risk and make choices and then only allow these options for the ultra wealthy? This is should not be done.
Ive been in the financial industry for 21 years and Im fully aware of how these funds operate. Im capable of investing at a variety of risk levels and dont need government intervention to protect me.
These funds comprise an important part of my investment strategy, both as leverage, hedging, and recovery of funds invested, but lost in past markets. I understand the risks involved in using leverage or investing in inverse funds.
It is disappointing to read of further regulations against the retail trader. These funds are at our own risk. It is upsetting that I even have to comment in an attempt to preserve the ability to provide myself and family a better financial opportunity.
I totally disagree with the proposed steps to limit trading of inverse and leveraged ETFs. It would be reasonable to make the broker warn you about the risks the first time such an investment is made, but not to restrict or delay a trade.
we should have the right and ability to purchaser and invest in these leverged and inverse funds. we people have capacity to understand the funds and risks. please do not take these measures imposed on me. thx.
Here's the deal. Been using these on occasion for years. Never needed any special training, education, or program for use. A simple warning of increased risk should be enough for anyone who can read.
Please support crypto but not over regulate it. We are aware of the risks. We do not want heavy government involved. Leave us alone. Every financial system you have touched is destroyed.
