I fully understand the risks involved in leveraged securities. They are an important part of my long term strategy. I don't think I should have to pass a test to continue investing in these securities, i have made money doing it.
Please let the investors decide which investments products are best of them. They assume risk when they buy , so denying access is unnecessary and also unfair to investors without high net worth. Thank u.

Inverse ETFs and leveraged ETFs are a way for retail investors like myself to hedge against the current inflationary and recession trends in the market. Taking away these important tools will expose retail to more risk, not less.
I oppose efforts by FINRA to restrict how I can invest (which could include leveraged and inverse funds). I well know the risks involved and choose to make my own decisions along the risk/reward path.
I should be able to choose the investments that are right for me and shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before being able to invest in leveraged funds. The choice and risk is mine!
I use inverse funds as a simple hedging strategy for reducing risk in my investments. There is nothing complicated with doing this. It is a commonly used strategy. Taking away my ability to use this strategy is not helpful to me as an investor.
I oppose the possible rule changes to limit access to " complex products " such as leveraged ETFs.
User education is the way to go.

I oppose the regulation to to limit my investment in leveraged and inverse funds like UltraPro exchange traded funds. I should be allowed to trade freely as I deemed fit based upon the risk I am willing to take.
I have frequently used these instruments over the last five years as hedging mechanisms - They have proved to be useful in lowering risks associated with trading activities - Please keep these investment tools available to the public at large
