All these "considerations" are excellent and much needed. Since their is a loser on the end of every trade you really have to level the playing field. Secondly the public can't rely on the system to protect them from manipulation and greed. Enforcement of these rules would go a long way towards fixing that.

I use several brokerage providers. TD Ameritrade, M1 finance, and Robinhood all already provide bold warnings and specific information to guide/educate investors regarding Triple Leveraged or Inverse ETFs.

I strongly opposed limiting retail
I oppose restrictions on investing in public investments. My broker warns me that some are not suitable for long-term investments, and I heed my broker's advice. I have years of experience trading stocks and options and know the risks of what I am investing in. We have enough regulations especially in the stock and options areas. Dear FINRA,
Your proposed rules for trading leveraged products especially net worth restriction will make rich become richer and poor become poorer. Rich will always have resources to meet regulations while poor will struggle to find time and resources to satisfy the regulations.
You should trust people to make decisions that fit their investment objectives regardless of their net worth.

In the interest of transparency and fairness to the market. I believe it is important to have regular and accurate information keeping and disclosure to encourage retail market participants into the market. Professional firms already have fast, accurate and bespoke trading software and information systems that provide them with a massive advantage in accurately determining price inefficiencies
I do not support this regulation. I trade stocks for a living and these vehicles are vital to my ability to make a living. Regulations restricting leveraged and inverse funds are onerous and unnecessary. There are more than enough disclosures required by brokers that can inform the retail investor.
