This proposed regulatory statute is draconian, and unnecessary. Crypto currencies pose far more risk to the uninitiated investor, and they should not be regulated either.

If these ETF are fraudulent - carry on, but don't be over diligent or a "nanny state" with investments in crypto. My holdings are less than 0.5% of my total net worth.
Crypto is the future, especially with the current inflation we are going through. Its our way to hedge against the USD which is being creating at extreme levels.
I oppose any restrictions on my rights to invest in public investments like BITO or crypto currency. I should be allowed to invest my funds as I see fit to.
Our government has done a crap job at regulating our economy and the US dollar. Please don't help our crypto, you'll screw that up as well.
As investors, please allow us to make our own financial decisions and stop implementing restrictions on current and future crypto currencies. Thank you.

I strongly oppose this regulation. I have traded these instruments for years. Going after these while the wild wild west of crypto has people losing tons of money is outrageous.

I believe it should remain my choice how I invest. If I choose to invest in IPO's, leveraged funds, crypto's etc. with a portion of my portfolio it should not be the decision of a regulating body.
I want to be able to invest in cryptocurrency tokens without having to become an accredited investor. Crypto Tokens should not be seen as securities but should probably have KYC regulations for Owners
