Individual investors know, understand, and are fully aware of their risks when it comes to leveraged and inverse funds. We dont need your restrictions. We need you to worry about protecting the individuals rights to trade freely in anything we see fit.
I adamantly oppose restricting access to leveraged funds. You lose the money than you have invested. It is not your job to be big brother. I can't agree that only privileged people can invest leverage and inverse funds. Those funds should be available to all people of investment. I know both positive and negative aspects of those funds and I am investing with my knowledge of risk. Don't restrict the investment chance.
What part of PUBLIC do you not understand?? I'm not stupid. I understand what I'm doing. I don't have all my money in leveraged funds, but it serves a purpose in my portfolio.

I should have the right to invest how I choose. A public investment should be open to the whole public.
