Please stop all of the regulations that affect our frèedoms. The FINRA rule is un-American and unconstitutional!
No matter how complex an investment may be it is not your right to make that decision for me you have not going to school for me you have not studied the investment for me so how would you know whether it was too complex for me to understand it is my right to determine what I invest the money I work hard to earn
Main St. should be allowed the right to leveraged ETFs and inverse ETFs too.

Investors should have the free right to choose whatever that's suitable for their strategies. Not to mention that many funds on this list are used heavily to hedge our portfolios and reduce the risk exposure. By limiting our rights, you are actually putting more risk to our portfolios rather than protecting them.

Each investor should have the right to decide how he or she will invest their own funds. Any restrictions are simply a ploy to prevent middle America from getting ahead. The Finra proposal is an outrage in a supposedly free country.

The pubic restricted from investing in public securities is a America was never supposed to be the over-regulated, freedom restricted, over taxed, rights infringing nation it is increasingly headed towards.
