inverse and leveraged fund is not too complex. normal people understand them and they are tools in investing.

Do not restrict my personal right to choose which investments I place my capital in. My rights to Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness carry with it the freedom to choose as I see fit and accept the responsibility of the consequences of those choices. Restricting certain investments to the wealthy and connected elite of our country will only exacerbate the income gap. I use these leveraged funds
I use leveraged and non-traditional investments to diversify and take measured risks in my portfolio. Individual investors are only risking their own funds. Individual investors have never posed a structural risk to the economy. No broker is pushing non-traditional or leveraged investments onto their customers, so the only people using them are those that have made the decision of their own will
Leave our investment options up to us....we do not need big brother to tell us what to do. unbelievable, this is supposed to be the county of the free!
Please don't impose any additional regulation on leveraged an inverse funds. I use these to increase my returns and would not want to lose access to these products. I have multiple brokerage accounts, 401ks, and ROTH IRAs, and even over long periods of years, I have grown the portfolios that use leveraged funds more than the funds using traditional investment vehicles.
I don't like regulators interfering with my investment decisions. is your test so you can steal my profitable market timing strategy? I use leveraged long and short funds. Leave them alone.
The Gov't has no right what so ever to tell any adult how they can invest/spend their money. A blatant overreach of Federal Authority. This must not pass by any means.
I should be able to invest leveraged or inverse funds freely without any restrictions. I am aware of these funds have high risk but I am responsible for what I chose to invest in.
