Dear FINRA, I believe leveraged & inverse funds should be available to everyone not just the rich. I understand the risks of these investments so I invest accordingly. Please don't take this option away from any investor.
Dear Regulators,
I am opposed to implementation of any more restrictions on my ability to trade or invest in instruments of my chosing whether they are leveraged or inverse. If I want to take that risk it is my decision not those of a regulating body.
Restricting individual right to invest in funds or any legal investment is not in the best interest of American citizens. Requiring a test of some sort or sign off on the risk involved would be a better option to address these concerns.
The proposed regulations to protect investors from high risk investment options are not in my best interest. Better to have investor warnings when purchasing them but not specific requirements based on knowledge or net worth.
We have always had the ability to trade stocks and funds that we have determined to trade. We understand the risks and if people don't then they just need to take responsibility for our trading or not trade at all.
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest. Public investments should be available to all the public-not just the wealthy. I believe that investors of this area are able to understand leveraged and inverse funds and their risks without taking a test.
I am quite capable of making my own decisions thank you very much. If I want to invest MY money in staid and safe vehicles I will, if I want to take a bit more risk, that is MY choice.
I would like to retain my
Ability to buy leveraged funds. Investors should be able to choice their investment vehicles without government interference. I understand the risks involved and it is my right to make that decision not anyone elses.
I would like to have the freedom to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I am investing my money and taking risks at my choosing. I do not want to be limited in not be able to make an investment in a leveraged, inverse or complex investment.
In a free market economy it should be up to the individual investor (natural person or legal entity) to decision the appropriateness of an investment. As long as the investment originator / distributor is held accountable for accurate and timely disclosure of all associated risks.
