I should not have to go through any special like passing a test before I can invest leveraged and invest funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I dont need these measures impose on me.
I oppose this as I believe I alone should be able to choose the public investment that is right for my myself and my family. I understand leverage and inverse funds and the risks associated because I am capable of making my own financial choices.
I feel that the government should not restrict my investments. I alone should be in charge what I wish to invest in. I am aware of The risks and it should be my right to invest in leveraged assets As I deem appropriate towards my investment goals.
I use leveraged ETFs as part of a mean-variance optimized, diversified portfolio that is appropriate for my risk tolerance. If you all limit my ability to invest in leveraged ETFs, I will lose the most important component of my investing strategy.
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST !! I don't agree with having to pass a test before investing in securities. I'm am quite capable of understanding the funds and their risk. Public investments should be available to all and not a chosen few!
These regulations which are meant to help the American investor fundamentally destroy the economic opportunity that investors seek. In attempting to limit risk they also limit many of the best opportunities, strategies and ideas. These regulations fundamentally limit economic freedom.
You are not serious are you? Retail knows and has improved in understanding stock market more than brokers and agents. This is not needed. They take less risk as it involves their money unlike brokers who use others money to buy.
I oppose new restrictions on my right to invest in public investments using leveraged and inverse funds.
I have read the the warnings and am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.
No further regulation is necessary.
Thank you.
Leveraged funds have been an important way I have improved returns. Inverse funds have allowed me to reduce risk of market crashes. People should be able to do this without having a high net worth.
I strongly oppose any restrictions to invest in leveraged and inverse securities. This is a fundamental right for any investor. Why would this suddenly become an issue? If I am willing to take the risks for these type of investments why would regulators oppose this?
