I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST !! I don't agree with having to pass a test before investing in securities. I'm am quite capable of understanding the funds and their risk. Public investments should be available to all and not a chosen few!
Please do not restrict common investor's ability to invest in leveraged public investments. As individual investors, having access to those leveraged products provides us with a much better environment for risk management and long term investment.
Hi I invest in leverage funds and I am made well aware of the risks associated each time I add to my positions. Regulation is not needed, stocks of any kind are not a guarantee of profit. Please stop the over regulation in this matter.
I disagree because I have the full rights to invest my own money into any assets I desire, and all investors should be aware of the risk as they invest. Tests should not be required as investors should be and are aware of what we are investing into
Im capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and the risks of investing and such funds and I do not need measures restrictions imposed, hedge funds help me and had protect my investments and portfolio and returns always do it responsibly
These types of funds actually reduce risk for retail investors who wish to short the market. Conventional short-selling's losses are theoretically infinite while trading inverse funds ensures you only lose a fixed amount of capital.
Please leave the ETF investment choices as is. I use inverse and leveraged ETFs often. I understand how they work and use them as tools to reach goals. When used correctly they can actually reduce risk
Thank You,
I love these instruments and this would be a shame if it ended. Investors know the risk involved in these funds. That's why we put money in them and use them wisely to our advantage. This is another way for the SEC to hurt the little guys.
As an individual investor, it is important to me to be able to invest in leveraged and inverse products to design and manage my retirement investment portfolios to minimize risk and drawdown over long-term economic periods. Please continue to allow these products to be accessed.
