You shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities.
I am capable of understanding my investments and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me.

Please don't be an paternalistic about what we can and can't elect to invest in. Leveraged funds, crypto ETFs, and other non traditional investments can be part of a balanced portfolio to mitigate black swan event risk and inflation.
Individual investors should have the right to invest in a variety of asset classes and financial securities with varying amounts of risk rather than restrict them to a privileged few (trusts, hedge funds, high net worth individuals, etc.).
I am a self directed trader like millions of others. I fully understand the risks and conditions under which I trade. Leveraged products are a vital part of my investment strategy. It would be wrong to limit access to traders like me.
Please, do not stop access to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. It is my responsibility to take extra risk associated with them as well as ability to get rid of them if I find myself uncomfortable with them.
Thanks for understanding

Due to I got the Exemption Index ID of National Futures Association (NFA) as a person and as a CPO, I already know about the risk to reward relationship associated to invest in ETF's such as BITO among others. Then I want to be free to diversify my investments.
Comments: I am well aware of the risks of trading leveraged etfs and have been doing so for many years as a hedge to other investments. I would appreciate if as an investor I am allowed to do what Is most suitable for my portfolio.
Leveraged funds are very important to my investment strategy. I completely understand the leveraged risk involved with investing in these funds. I should be able to keep investing in them. Please do not take away my ability to use these investment funds.
I am an individual investor and I understand the risk associated with leveraged ETFs. I should be allowed to make decision regarding investments, without paternalistic restrictions.
Limiting access to investment vehicles (such as leveraged ETFs) puts retail investors at a disadvantage, relative to institutional investors.
