Government regulators do not know and should not choose which investment vehicles are right for my family. I am capable of understanding the risks associated with leveraged ETFs and inverse funds, and making judgment calls on whether to invest without regulatory oversight.
Comments: Anybody ever hear of free market anymore? Don't restrict my access to Leveraged and inverse funds. They play an important role in hedging my risk from time to time. Leave things alone please. thomas clark
It is not your job to tell us what we cant Invest in on the stock exchange! Leveraged ETFs were created to trade! If I want to put my hard earned capital at risk in a leveraged ETF I have the right to! Its my money!
We should the right to invest what we want with the knowledge of knowing we invest at our own risk. I disagree with any regulations for limiting our right. US market is a free market which government should stay out of it.
I oppose regulations that would prohibit my use of leveraged ETFs. Ive used them for many years with great success. I am sure that I can manage my risks in my investments. It is not any riskier than buying individual stocks.
I should be able to choose the investments that are right for me based on my personal risk tolerance. Leveraged funds are important to my investment strategy and should be my personal consideration and not the regulators. These investment should be available to all the public and not just the privileged.
I invest some of my funds in inverse funds. I am not a big trader. These funds help me invest for my future. I know all the risks of trading these funds and others and I shuold be the one who makes the decision on what I invest in - not Regulators!

I oppose limitation on my investments. I have been investing over 30 years and I know risk that are involved. Co-shares 313-1 inverse have been a good hedge on my portfolio and my security. I want the current freedom to invest of my choosing.
I've been investing in different leveraged instruments in my country during 35 years. I understand the risks and benefits this activity can produce. I decide freely when buy/sell taking profit with no interactions with nobody. I developed my own model to do this.
