I already understand the risks of leveraged investing. I use leveraged funds as a small part of my portfolio (less than 10%). They do not pose a danger to my finances. I oppose any additional regulations put on the public when investing in leveraged funds.
I fully understand the risks of leveraged and index funds and object to the govt overreach of requiring a test to be able to trade these funds.
Exactly what do you consider high net worth. Will they only be available to the privileged rich. This should be available to all of the public.
Please allow me to continue make my own decisions regarding investing
I do my own research and have done well doing so.
If I dont understand the risks of certain types of investing, I dont do them. Thank you.
As an investor, I understand the risk associated with leveraged and inverse ETFs. These funds are a small portion of my portfolio. I also use them to hedge my investments and to seek enhanced returns. As an investor I should be able to choose the investments that are right for me and my family.
Dear Sir, I fully understand the leveraged and inverse funds and its risks. Please don't deny me the freedom to choose investments that could help me balance and achieve long term financial security. Thank for your consideration! Pou-Fong Lee
I would like to build my own investment strategies even if these are high risk. Unneeded regulation is not helpful. Please focus on clamping down on the rampant fraud in the crypto markets instead of harming honest investors who spend time planning their strategy.
I don't want my rights to invest in leveraged ETF be limited under the pretext to care about my ability to make my own decisions. I am a mature adult who understands the risks related to making financial decisions to invest in such a funds.
Leveraged funds are no more dangerous than individual stocks. All they do is make slow-moving indexes move more like stocks. Brokers currently have plenty of notices about how this works and investing at our own risk. No changes are needed.
I have been using leveraged ETFs as part of an overall investing strategy. Leveraged ETFs give small investors access to leverage without the risk of losing more money than they invested. I don't think any further regulation is needed in this area.
I have used these fund to help insulate my portfolio from volatility and downturns. Caveat emptor, and as long as these funds dont pose a risk to market stability they should in not in my opinion be restricted.
