Stay out of my ability to invest in the crypto space enough said or you will lose the true interest in Bitcoin and this it's true value will be devalued to the point nobody will want them stop trying to regulate it
Leveraged etfs/securities are especially valuable in the everyday mans portfolio for hedging, and other risk management strategies. Worry about unregulated crypto instead of leveraged secure assets (market etfs, leveraged bonds, etc.)
Leveraged and Inverse funds are crucial to my portfolio and it's success. If these funds are available at any level then they should be available to the general public with no restrictions. Secondly, these funds are nothing compared to the wild west of crypto currency.
Cryptocurrency funds such as BITO are a part of my asset allocation. Traditional asset allocations consisting of just equities and bonds are too narrow, and I feel commodities and crypto help flush out a more balanced portfolio.
This is so wrong when you allow "the public" to buy a crypto. The risks are clearly laid out. The public is capable of understanding the risk of the leveraged funds... I DONT need regulators imposing what i can/cannot invest in
Why is it that only people who are already weathly are allowed to invest in something that may or may not be "risky"? As long as my investments are legal, there is no reason to restrict my access. The securities act of 1933 does not apply to crypto.
I should be the one to decide what I want to invest in. There shouldnt be tests or exams to determine this first. Crypto currency is an important part of my investing strategy. Dont hurt the small time, working class Americans with these restrictions.

I should be able to choose what investments I want. I shouldn't have to take test to buy or sell my crypto. I don't feel that the govt should tell me how to make sure I'm financially independent.
Hi, please do not regulate leveraged ETFs further. This would push me to look into riskier assets such as crypto. Keep the market free as it should be, further regulation is unnecessary. Have a good day. Thank you
