Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my
investment strategies. I should be able to choose the investment strategies that are right for me. I am quite capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds as well as their associated risks and benefits. These investments should be available to the public, not just the privileged.
Please stop doing this. You are infantalizing us with these rules, and only making it harder for the average person to participate in the market. The SEC only diminishes their credibility by pursuing arbitrary regulations on individual investors while shrugging their shoulders at the systemic risk posed by market makers.
I use leverage funds understanding the risk/rewards. I do not need to be told that it is too risky for me. I'm an adult and I make investment decisions based on my risk tolerance. If you try to close a fund I would demand restitution for any potential losses of principle
I shouldn't have to go through any special process
like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am
capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds
and their risks. I do not
need these measures imposed on me.

I am well aware of the risks involved in trading leveraged and inverse ETFs.
PLEASE NOTE: I am staunchly OPPOSED to the US Government attempting to stifle or restrict in any way the availability of these financial products for the general public via retail trading platforms or otherwise.
There is no need to regulate Aggregate Stocks. I use Spiders to avoid paying for Mutual Fund Service fees. I want my Investment funds simply to track Market Index.
Please keep it to the decision of each individual investor whether to have the risk or not.
There is no need to regulate
There are several trading instruments including futures and options. There are as or even more risky than leveraged ETFs. Investors and traders have to be in charge of risk there are taking. If someone wants to improve financial education, do it at school. Let investors think themselves as responsible adults.
I myself not the regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, and not just the privileged. I have read the risks and have been using these vehicles to invest for over a decade now with success.
People should be able to buy leveraged products in our free market. Individuals are capable of assessing risk and reward. I use these products as a limited portion of my portfolio. My investment strategy will be greatly affected if I'm no longer able to use leveraged products.
