We, not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to us to hedge investment risks or seek enhanced returns
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for my family and I. I shouldn't have to go through any special testing to invest in public securities, including leveraged/inverse funds. I'm more than capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.
Please leave these financial options open for investors that want to participate in pro shares or etf leverage shares. As a shareholder we know the risk and we know the rewards of ETF leverage Please do not put restrictions on these type of investment. Thank you

While I understand the need to protect people I also feel it is important that people have the right to invest in legitimate devices as they see fit. If anything advise people of their investment risk but don't automatically curb people or their ability to invest in leveraged items because of some bad/uninformed choices by others.

Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my
investment strategies. I should be able to choose the investment strategies that are right for me. I am quite capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds as well as their associated risks and benefits. These investments should be available to the public, not just the privileged.
Please stop doing this. You are infantalizing us with these rules, and only making it harder for the average person to participate in the market. The SEC only diminishes their credibility by pursuing arbitrary regulations on individual investors while shrugging their shoulders at the systemic risk posed by market makers.
I use leverage funds understanding the risk/rewards. I do not need to be told that it is too risky for me. I'm an adult and I make investment decisions based on my risk tolerance. If you try to close a fund I would demand restitution for any potential losses of principle
I should not have to go though any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I dont need these measures imposed on me.
