I as a investor should be able to choose whichever stocks or funds I see fit. I research my investments and understand the risks. I do not believe passing a test before I invest is unfair and don not need anyone to hold my hand when coming to my portfolio.
This would limit my ability to invest in funds that have been extremely profitable and successful for me. Please do not make it harder for normal people like me to invest in profitable investments! We understand the risk, don't treat us like children.
All investments should not be regulated. If an individual decides to take a risk they should do so at their own discretion. Leverage is used in many other derivative assets like FX, futures, real estate, and options. Why should equity leverage be any different.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me.
I am capable of making my own choices and taking my own risks if I choose ,taking away crypto to the general public is just another for of control and keeping the poor poor. Just tax crypto earnings but let anyone who wants to ,invest
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the wealthy. I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me, not regulators. I understand the risks involved in investing in leveraged and inverse funds and use them as a hedge against other investments in my portfolio.
There are several trading instruments including futures and options. There are as or even more risky than leveraged ETFs. Investors and traders have to be in charge of risk there are taking. If someone wants to improve financial education, do it at school. Let investors think themselves as responsible adults.

Please stop doing this. You are infantalizing us with these rules, and only making it harder for the average person to participate in the market. The SEC only diminishes their credibility by pursuing arbitrary regulations on individual investors while shrugging their shoulders at the systemic risk posed by market makers.
I use leverage funds understanding the risk/rewards. I do not need to be told that it is too risky for me. I'm an adult and I make investment decisions based on my risk tolerance. If you try to close a fund I would demand restitution for any potential losses of principle
